Home Health Care

By definition, home health care is supplied by a professional and licensed caregiver in a patient’s home, as opposed to group care found in clinics or nursing homes. Though we are not a licensed home health care provider, our professionals can be a bridge between caregivers and providers to recommend Certified Home Health Aides that best fit a senior’s needs. The scope of Home Health Care services will include:

Toiling
Dressing
Grooming
Companionship Care

We work with providers to assign the perfect Certified Home Health Aide who has the expertise, a caring touch, and can perform day-to-day assistance services to ensure the activities of daily living (ADLs) are met. This service is complementary and something we are happy to help with!
