Jennifer Baillie 

President 

Jennifer is a Certified Senior Advisor whose expertise is in longevity planning and senior living placement. She founded Next Stage Senior Guidance in 2017 with the vision of simplifying the steps that are needed in the aging process. Her career in healthcare started in 2009 while working for the Barnabas Healthcare System as a supervisor for patient financial services.

When she’s not in the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, while soaking up endless days on the beach and rooting for the NY Yankees. 
 

Michael Baillie

Vice President

Michael Baillie started his healthcare journey in 2005 as an Account Manager for one of the largest healthcare staffing companies in the country, who specializes in home healthcare services. After a successful nine years and working under the best in the industry, Michael decided to take his skills and become a Regional Account Manager for a private home care startup company. In just three years Michael helped develop and grow the company from one location to 14. They went on to become a premier home health care company throughout PA, DE, and NJ. Furthermore, he continues to succeed by also being the owner of two successful Homecare franchises, which are in the top three largest producers in the country. Today, Michael continues to share his 18 years of experience and knowledge within the healthcare industry with his clients, providing a well-known and understandable atmosphere. 

Michael lives in Monmouth County, NJ with his wife, his daughter named Charley, and his son named Brooks. He loves playing with his children, spending time with family, going to the beach, playing sports, and is a big Yankee fan.
